VOTER FRAUD IN TEXAS

WE HAVE PROOF OF VOTER FRAUD IN FLORIDA, OHIO AND NOW TEXAS. ALL ARE FORMER BLUE STATES THAT SOMEHOW HAVE BECOME A FAKE RED.

It is becoming increasingly clear that everything, and I mean everything, about the Bush Administration is based on fraud or is make believe.

NAZI RACIST TEXANS BUSH, DELAY, PERRY, ROVE, HUGHES, AND CRADDICK ORCHESTRATED VOTER FRAUD

Here are snippets of information from the documents I have read from the Texas Democrat Party and the Lone Star Project on the illegal gerrymandering of Texas in 2003. LS

Findings from the Lone Star Project outlines information obtained from a Department of Justice memo that objected to Tom DeLay’s redistricting plan based on illegal statewide retrogression of minority voter strength.

Bush political hacks had overruled the legal expert’s recommendations and issued a gag order on the Department of Justice’s findings. Texas Republicans, all the way up to Bush, ignored the legal experts advice and hid the information are complicit in the effort to ignore the law for political gain. (Sound familiar folks?)

One of the political (Michael Brown type) hack appointees (Hans von Spakovsky) was instrumental in striking African Americans from Florida voter rolls in the infamous “election” debacle of 2000.

An examination of the memo makes clear what Republicans want to hide and confirms long-held suspicions by minority rights advocates that Bush political operatives ignored the law, ignored the facts and were willing accomplices in the political crime against minority voters that DeLay orchestrated in Texas. (Do you smell the raw sewage yet?)

Voting rights experts unanimously recommended that the DOJ file a formal objection to the DeLay plan. Their recommendation unambiguously describes how the DeLay plan ILLEGALLY REDUCED MINORITY VOTING STRENGTH IN TEXAS TO ADVANCE THE PARTISAN GOALS OF DELAY AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

(THIS IS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY’S GOAL NATIONWIDE, FOLKS. THEY DID IT IN FLORIDA AND THEY DID IT AGAIN IN OHIO. THE METHODOLOGY DIFFERS BUT THE OUTCOME IS THE SAME – VOTERS IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER ARE DENIED THE RIGHT TO VOTE.) LS

Excerpts from the DOJ voting rights staff memo and section chief’s concurrence:

“Our examination of the proposed plan indicates that it will lead to an impermissible retrogression in the position of minorities with respect to their effective exercise of electoral franchise.”

“The State of Texas has not met its burden in showing that the proposed congressional redistricting plan does not have a discriminatory effect.”

“The net result of the plan reduces by one number of districts in which the Hispanic minority community can ‘safely’ elect candidates of their choice to office.”

“There is classic retrogression in the benchmark District 23 (Bonilla)….With the extreme level of polarization in the district, Hispanic voters simply no longer have any ability to elect their candidate of choice.”

“In the proposed plan, black voters can no longer elect their candidate of choice in proposed (district) 24.

“Of the 55 African American and Hispanic legislators in the legislatures, 53 voted against the redistricting plan.”

NOW, DO YOU GET IT? DO YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT? I should think not. LS
